Classic Nuteeriat book now up on Web

Twenty-five years ago, a newly-published book on the evolution of the Earth and its inhabitants made a big local impact in Australia.

Called NUTEERIAT, an acronym for Nut Trees, the Expanding Earth, Rottnest Island, and All That…, the book showed how expansion of the Earth in its geological past could be demonstrated by a study of the distributions of nut trees.

The book also contained many fundamentally new suggestions on topics such as the very different atmospheres in the planet’s past, suggestions which have only recently come into general acceptance.

To make this content conveniently available to a modern world audience, the book has now been reworked into a suite of web articles. These articles, which now include a facility for user comments, are at Nuteeriat: Nut Trees, the Expanding Earth, Rottnest Island, and All That….

    Hello David
Good to see that you are alive and kicking. The Earth Expansion debate still rages without resolution. Keep on keeping on I will read about the Nuteeriat Nut Tree and Rottnest Island and all that. Thanks
